A visit to Grow Wild community project Forget Me Not

After receiving a £2,500 award from Grow Wild, Mid-Lin Day Care Centre in Dundee has transformed an unloved corner of its grounds into Forget Me Not: a sensory garden for the centre’s users and their families.

Mid-Lin Day Care CentreMany of the older people who use Mid-Lin have dementia or live with physical or mental health issues – so Forget Me Not, with raised beds, space for wild flowers and vegetables, a potting shed and an access path, is designed to be a stimulating, uplifting and safe space.
