Sowing a BMX Track With Help From a Local Legend

It was a beautiful day on Saturday at Avalon Wildflower Park, the Grow Wild community project in Glastonbury. At Avalon, the amazing volunteers are helping to transform an overgrown and unloved BMX track with thousands of wild flower seeds.

It was a brilliant turn out - massive thanks to everyone who made it down!

Some serious laughs were had...

Everyone got their hands dirty and joined in...

And we even met local legend Michael Eavis, the man behind Glastonbury Festival, who had come down to support the project! Here's Grow Wild's very own Richard Pollard, Partnership Manager for England, telling Michael all about Grow Wild...

Thanks to everyone who came down!
