Meadow Champions transform Northville estate in Cwmbran with thousands of wild flowers

Back in June we visited Grow Wild community project Meadow Champions as they brought together the community of Northville and children from Maendy Primary School, for their first sowing even. Thousands of wild flower seeds were sown into gigantic beds, with the hope they would bloom, bringing colour and wildlife to this urban environment.

And just look at it now!

The wild flowers are being enjoyed by all who live in the area.

Northville is one of 28 sites run by Bron Afon housing association across the local authority of Torfaen being transformed using wild flowers.
