Amazing Bee Friendly Meadow

The Children's Wood

We seek to enrich the plantlife and biodiversity of North Kelvin Meadow & Children's Wood, to support plants that are friendly for bees, in an adventurous community planting project - our Amazing Bee Friendly Meadow.

You can access the land from either Kelbourne Street or Clouston Street in Maryhill. We are a 5 minutes walk from the Botanics. The land was once playing fields and tennis courts but is now a community greenspace. The land is managed by the Children's Wood in collaboration with the wider community.
