Broomy's Bees Grow Wild
We are working with the elderly, a large isolated population in Broomhill, to research wildflowers, sow seeds in a local community garden and create art inspired the flowers to be displayed in the garden.
The Community Garden where the flowers and art will be displayed is situated across from our Art Flat in Broomhill Court. We have previously transformed the space from a concrete square into a colourful eco friendly garden with large hexagonal planters waiting to be filled. We will have an event in the garden in June once the flowers have bloomed and art is ready to be displayed. The garden is open to the public year round.
We're always open to volunteers! if you are interested in being part of this project contact us on [email protected]
